Mode of training: Online and Offline

Customer Service trainingOnline: Participant registered for the programme, will immediately receive login details to the online portal were all course materials, study guide will be available for read and study in preparatory to the offline class meet up. (View online portal here).

Offline: A classroom session centered on review of all modules as uploaded on the portal, practical demonstration of all customer service touch points, revision, training and certification exam will cover a three (3) day period. May 24-26 at Lagos, e-learning centre training school.
