It’s a 3 week program with online class only at weekends (Saturday – Sunday)

Participants will be provided with reading materials the week leading to their class sessions; participants read up Monday -Friday then take a pre class test on Friday (to show assimilation of  reading materials provided), thereafter the class session at the weekend, afterwards, a case study or post class test.

All the test, resource materials, assessment etc will be on the school portal.

This year’s program is intended to be robust and all-encompassing but most importantly structured to give participants maximum understanding of HR fundamentals with group work, case study, tests and written submissions. Class participation, written examination and paper presentation are key basis for grading, evaluation and suitability for award of the bHRM certificate.
