The world is changing, the world is evolving- The driving force in the new world order is the constant change. What is valid today quickly becomes outdated tomorrow.

The changing world is majorly driven by Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics [STEM] and on the forefront is TECHNOLOGY.

Dear Parents, as a result of the Covid19 pandemic, our annual Code summer classes takes a new dimension this year and this may well define the way kids spend summer going forward.

EmployMe E-Learning in conjunction with Teens Code Club member school in 6 countries of the world including Tender Olives Early Years School -Abuja and a host of schools in Nigeria, are organizing the very first Virtual Tech Boot Camp for Teens aged 9-15.

The program will see participants meet up virtually 4 days a week for 4-5 weeks learning and networking with peers from all over the world.

The tech-camp will tech kids basically DESIGN, WEB PROGRAMING,  WEB DEVELOPMENT and HOSTING a complete website.

Participants will be able to, at the end of the program build various types of website from simple to official websites for mummy or daddy’s business.

The strategy to the tech boot camp creates a hub for cross multiplication of ideas as participants will be grouped to work on projects with mates from other region.

Using the EmployMe Online school Learning Management System (LMS) portal will aid and help monitor all work by participants by the school and parents alike to see weekly progression.

It promises to be the most exciting form of engagement and learning for the kids since the start of the lockdown world over.

Parents are expected to:

– Sign the program authorization/consent form upon completion of payment.

– Provide personal computers, power supply and adequate internet service to their wards for the duration of classes each day.

Registration and accreditation formalities (including software deployment on systems) using the parents WhatsApp line starts Friday 21st August while classes starts Monday August 24th

Note:
Classes will be moved to weekend for participants whose normal school resumes during the course of this program.

Top 3 developed sites by participants at the end of the program will get gift items from sponsors of the program.
