The 2021 training season is upon us. Welcome to what will be another career and human capacity development improving season.

A lot of changes happened in the training and development space last year just as every sphere of human endeavor was also affected by the #Covid19 pandemic. It still haven’t abated and will still affect the way learning, training and development will take place in 2021.

EmployMe E-Learning was one of Nigeria’s training organization that effectively undertook nearly all the training for 2020 without much glitch.

We had a total of 5 training in 2020, 2 offline and 3 online. Accounting & Microsoft Applications training physically at Ikeja, Lagos state and Ibadan, Oyo state.
Then customer service skills- Online (May and October), the HR training was also online (October).

The MAAST covers Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Sage50 and QuickBooks Applications. It’s usually EmployMe’s first program each year. It equips participants with key work skills handy for job seekers and improve employability. Nearly all job roles now require more of these work apps.

With the skies now open, the birds are back flying. Travels & Tours are gradually getting back after the pandemic. It was a torrid 2020 as hotels, tours, vacation, travels stood still.

The 2021 travel consultant training will surely make up for the void of 2020, what stood out from us in 2020, was learning and more learning. So this year’s travels program will feature updated packages and more experienced resource professionals.

Customer Service Training and Certification

Certification: West Africa Association of Customer Service professionals [WAACSP]
Program is online via WAACSP online LMS and EmployMe e-school portal.

Second batch:

The bi-annual certification program is a professional training and certification curriculum of the West Africa Association of Customer Service professionals [WAACSP] for prospective customer service practitioners in the West Africa sub region.
