The West Africa Association of Customer Service Professionals [WAACSP] , the body saddled with training, certifying, listing and profiling of service professionals in the ECOWAS region, has announced dates for the 1st diet professional certification program in customer service leading to being recognized and accredited as Certified Customer Service Professional (CCSP) duly certified to practice same within the region and globally.

The basic certification course is for new entrants who desire to start a career in customer service and or already practicing service personnels without a CS accredited certification and as so certified a service professional. The dates for the 1st diet will hold in the customary two batches; June 16-18 and June 23-25, 2022

EmployMe Nigeria and Customer Service_Nigeria are WAACSP licensed training affiliates in Nigeria will hold the training and the body WAACSP the certifying authority.

The program details are:
May 1st, 2022 – Registration and school portal opens.
June 12th, 2022 – Registration and portal closes.

Once registered and paid the program fee, participant gets login access to the school portal, which enables the participant to:
1 – Take the pre program test.
2 – Upon completing the pre test, will access the study materials and download all modules 1-5 of the program and start studying for the class sessions.

June 16-18 and
June 23-25, 2022

June 16-18 – 1st batch students classes holds.
June 19-20 – Certification assessment.

June 23-25 – batch 2 students classes holds.
June 25-27 – batch 2 certification assessment.

From July 4th – Results and certification status

July 8th-17th – Resit exams

July 30 – Certificate issued by WAACSP to certified participants

All sequence of the program; classes, role play, practical training and examination will hold online via the EmployMe learning management system (LMS) portal and Zoom class room.

The Basic certification in customer service program introduces participant to basic CS methodology, processes and procedures including Introduction to customer service, service touch points, identifying and dealing with different customer types, CS points of engagements and practical training in customer relationship management (CRM) tools. The WAACSP education curriculum is globally recognized and updated in tune to the basic requirement in customer service practices worldwide.
